Sustainable Decor

Since 2014, we have provided high-quality handmade decor for festivals and events. Every winter, we repair and refresh our hire decor for the next season. Our stock of giant flowers, flags, and bunting is reused or updated each year.

We use repurposed and found materials in set design, prop buying, and installation art whenever possible. For example, at Lost Village, about 75% of the materials budget went to reused items.

We work closely with regular festivals to create reusable pieces and carefully pack, repair and store custom sets and installations for future use.

Our giant zinnias are our first flowers that use entirely repurposed textiles and our EXtent flags are made from reclaimed festival tent fabric. At Lost Village we have flags made from vintage silk scarves and reclaimed retro floral sheets. Reusing fabrics in this way shapes the design and look of these pieces and it is something that we are working to incorporate into all new work where we can.
